Pam Ludlow

Pam Ludlow is a National Account Manager with Serrmi Products. She is responsible for bringing in new business and building existing relationships. She compliments the team with over 35 years of professional customer service and operations experience. Before working for Serrmi she worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield and PTMW, giving her a wealth of knowledge regarding signal bungalows and industry-specific customer needs. Her expansive knowledge base allows her to meet customer expectations with speed and precision.

Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her three grown children and three grandchildren. She also has a French bulldog named Zoey who keeps her on her toes!
