Kailan Cloud

Kailan leads the Human Resources Department of Serrmi and specializes in identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fuel Serrmi’s rapid growth. She works closely with management to create HR strategies that align with Serrmi’s business goals. The success of any organization lies in its people, and her mission is to create an environment where every employee can thrive and contribute their best.

She has three years of experience in hiring and employee management. Kailan also is currently working towards her master’s in human resources development, demonstrating her commitment to stay informed of industry trends and best practices. Kailan received her Bachelor in Psychology from Pittsburg State University. She spends her free time spoiling her two mini Australian Shepherds.
