Josh Baxter brings nearly 25 years of manufacturing and leadership experience to Serrmi. As a seasoned manufacturing operations professional, Josh is instrumental in optimizing our production processes and increasing our capacity to produce high-quality railroad signal bungalows and instrument houses. He has a strong history of emphasizing incremental and continuous improvement and championing cost savings initiatives. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the success of other reputable railroad manufacturing companies and now brings a wealth of knowledge to our team.
Josh studied Business at Kansas Wesleyan University and lives in Topeka where he enjoys cheering on his children in their high school activities.
