Joel Schwane

Joel is responsible for helping determine the strategic direction of both the J&A and Thorco divisions and increasing the efficiency of our manufacturing processes. He has led sales, operations, and entire businesses for 17 years in the U.S., Mexico, and United Kingdom. He works to develop unified teams that closely align their actions with strategic goals, while implementing strategies to exceed customer expectations.

Joel has two grown sons and a school age daughter. He and his daughter enjoy travel, outdoor adventures, and simply relaxing by a fire during the wintertime.
