Emily D. Allen

Emily leads the quality assurance programs across Serrmi’s three divisions – Serrmi, J&A Industries, and Thorco – utilizing her decade of experience in the industry to ensure that all our products adhere to the highest safety and quality standards. She leads a dedicated team of quality professionals, overseeing the implementation of rigorous quality control processes at every stage of production. Her proactive approach involves collaborating closely with engineering, production, and safety teams to ensure that the final products not only meet regulatory requirements but also surpass customer expectations.

Emily graduated from Pittsburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is a Certified Manufacturing Technologist (CMfgT). She is also a Certified Quality Engineer through the American Society for Quality. She is currently pursuing her master’s in mechanical engineering.

She and her husband enjoy cruising on their motorcycles during the warmer months, preferably in the direction of a beach. They also regularly take Maggie, their English bulldog, to local breweries.
