POWER SKIDS BUILT FOR CLEAN INTEGRATION
Serrmi fabricates power skid bases and frames to customer drawings for off-site data center and infrastructure builds. Each skid is built around load requirements, lift points, rigging paths, equipment placement, cable routing, and service access before fabrication begins. With pre-set mounts, planned penetrations, and flexible shipping configurations, Serrmi gives integrators a cleaner path from fabrication to equipment installation, testing, staging, and final tie-in.
Engineered Bases & Frames
Power skid bases and frames are built to customer drawings with load planning, lift points, and structural requirements established up front. Serrmi provides the steel foundation integrators need for organized equipment placement, reliable handling, and efficient downstream assembly.
Mounts & Cable Paths
Equipment pads, trays, penetrations, and cable paths are prepared per drawing to support clean equipment placement and service access. Serrmi builds these details into the skid before it reaches integration, reducing the need for extra cutting, fitting, or layout changes later in the process.
Rigging & Lift Planning
Lift points and rigging paths are planned into each skid to support safer handling, staging, and movement through the customer’s build sequence. This gives integrators a skid that is not only built for equipment, but built for the way it needs to move.
Shipping Configuration Options
Power skids can be shipped assembled or knock-down and tagged for fast staging. These options give integrators flexibility when coordinating transportation, storage, assembly, and project timing across off-site builds.
